What do you look for in a Resume of new grad ?

2-3 internships at FNG + Apple
Woah! That's a lot to ask from a new graduate.
Agreed, that's totally overkill. I had no internships at FAAMG/Big tech but still managed to get interviews with GAM no problem. I had > 50% response rate for the 35 or so jobs I applied to as well
Showing that you have some meaningful experience where you made some impact is most important imo.
Real meaningful side project (not some kiddie project)

Even If I do that you wouldn't be able to use it, because I mail my resume and not send it physically 🙂
Project work outside of coursework. Will struggle to run a behavioural interview if all you have is examples of solo work.
