Getting laid off in a few weeks - starting the application grind again. Looking to get some feedback on my resume… im targeting senior IC roles in large tech companies or director+ roles in mid sized companies.
I spent a typical 30 second read of a HM, and found it pretty hard to read, honestly. Also, check for typos: I think you meant "grew'" instead of "gre" in the second item, and what do you mean by "Responsible for 0->1 strategy"? The 0->1 part is unusually phrased. I think you need to more clearly show your value and what you are looking for in a role. You don't have to list all experiences, just highlight the ones that are relevant.
Thanks for the feedback! Do you think I should tailor the experiences to each role, or should I condense a list of “core” value props and then add additional experiences dependent on the roles needs?
Yes to both? I think your resume is just hard to read. I'd say condense and be more concise with each role's experience, showing impact and abilities (rather than just what you did). That might also get you to a more manageable single page... Adding a "core values" or other section at the top might be OK, just don't let it distract or be too generic. You have limited time to impact so make it relevant and stand out. Hopefully others have input too. Good luck!

Use bullet points for better structure. Looks very hard to grasp structure in seconds at the moment. Avoid excessive use of boldface, italics etc Use normal page margins. Check out Jake's resume template on overleaf. The engineer's darling.
I don't think about your resume at all.
