I saw a Pinterest job posting advertising the level as M10. What does that mean? What's does it translate to in terms of other companies' levels, team size, title, etc.?
The “10” represents “onetizatio”, which is 10 letters long Yes, it’s dumb and confusing
I never needed to ask anyone what it meant, it just made sense to me first time I read it and thought it was clever. I’m not very smart, may have read more.
Pine juice. I13n, i10n, a8n, etc. They need to put the last letter in. Everyone includes the last letter. The posting missed the last letter. It should be m10n not M10. Otherwise it would have been obvious.
Dam for a moment I was like that's a Board member level jd..
M10N = monetization. Basically just the org who’s responsible about Ads

Thanks. Why is that not M11?!
I thought it would be M10N in that case? (similar to “P13N” for personalization)
