In job searches, when looking at remote jobs make sure that you can filter by acceptable time zones.
Filter for companies that accept visas. Number of people hired for that job post. Total headcount growth by department by months and their regions if they have branches (a lot better than the one they have for premium), not responsive badge for people who show off on the wall but don't reply for most messages or see messages, atleast with badge people will reply. Better good fit algorithm. Integrate Referrals in messages provide easiness. Anonymous work culture rating like glassdoor. Algorithm that checks for highest responsive post to see if its a genuine post or bullshit double tap like posts. Algorithm to check posts duplication score. Better job recommendation system because I always get the same jobs even after selecting yes option for applied. Provide reasons for not for me options like company fit, yoe, tech stack. Reject job suggestions based on company, So that I can reject staffing jobs. Partner with third party like lever, greenhouse and convert those jobs to easyapply
