Just be aware that the TC is made up of Rsus which have no value right now as it's a private company. So you'll likely just get 250-300k base salary and then 500-650 TC

You should ask for their valuation. To give you a data point the competitor (vivid seats) is valued at ~1.3B while last time I heard Stubhub was valued at 10x that with similar total sales and revenue.
This price is evaluated by independent auditors. You seem to be implying that they're just making up numbers which is just not true. It likely won't be 13b any more as the stock market is in shambles since that date. Though the fair market price will be adjusted to cater for this
