What is databricks refresh for L6?
I passed the interview, currently on reference check before going to HC. No numbers yet, but from my research it would be something like 230k+2.2M RSU+20%bonus? I hear from my L5 friend refresh is very generous, he got 6000+ units at EE rating which is 400K+. I am wondering what is the L6 refresh target and multiplier?

In many companies, SEE at L get same equity as MA at L+1.
