So I’ve seen the posts and heard the word that collections, osm order management and some support teams have been impacted in hro but no exact dates... has anyone in these groups been told anything specific ?? I’d like to have some closure on this ...

Also, what is conveyed by two question marks that can't be conveyed by a single one?

What do the words Veritas, osm, order management, and hro mean?
Veritas = truth osm = file type for map data? order management = what goes where hro = as in “Hro hro hro! Merry Xmras!”
