What is it about interviewers that have an Infosys background?

After having some issues with a manager that had Infosys background, recently I am interviewing with a small company. I interviewed with 2 developers, and a PM, and an SVP for the company, and they all seemed happy. The SVP was quite happy with the answers -- it felt like he would give me an offer right there if he was the hiring manager. And then a CTO like person who had Infosys background was for the next round. He basically treated me assuming I am a criminal to begin with, giving me an interrogating attitude, and when he heard I have worked at a place with only 5 engineers in the whole company, he almost acted like I should be rejected to be part of the society. Supposedly I should still meet with the founder in a couple of days, but after meeting with this CTO like person, about two hours later, they emailed to the recruiting firm giving some boilerplate reasons they are not moving forward. What is with the managers or interviewers who have Infosys background? They usually assume people to be criminals to begin with? #swe #interview

Maybe he is jealous of your background. Typical Infosys goat attitude.

Typical with those firms with family or friends connections. Just move on.
