For the past seven years since college, I've been chasing money, but recently, in the last three weeks, I've found myself confused about what I'm doing with my life. Despite maintaining a daily two-hour workout routine during the pandemic, the feeling of a void persists. I'm not alone in this, and I wonder if others are grappling with similar sentiments. Time seems to be slipping away rapidly, and I can't shake off the sense of stagnation. #mentalhealth
Life is a big canvas. It becomes what you paint on it. Have you ever asked kids why they build a sand castle if it's going to be washed away? They build it for pure pleasure not for any purpose. Everyone's life is going to wash away, meanwhile build things for pure pleasure. When what you built wash away, build something else. That's life.
Given the transient nature of outcomes, how can we find joy in our actions and derive pleasure from the process
If you put conditions on your happiness what can one do?
