What is salary range for L4 at Verily in Ontario , Canada?
I am expected to get an offer from Verily in Canada. What is salary range I should expect for L4? What are components of TC? And should I expect signing Bonus ? #Verily #Canada #tech #alphabet

Should be similar to Google, about 10% less. TC is going to be salary, bonus, RSUs, with a big caveat that the RSUs are in Verily stock - the only way to sell them is twice yearly "liquidity windows" where the company will buy them for you. There is a cap the company will do this for every window, and if the total amount people try to sell goes over the cap everyone is prorated (e.g. I try to sell 10k but the overall volume is higher than the cap by 50% then only 5k is sold). Other than that they work like normal RSUs. Leadership has also more or less implied they want to change how they do equity, fwiw

Which level are you interviewing for? For me it was for L4 and I had 4 coding interviews. It was all Leetcode medium level
If you negotiate, you can try to get a signing bonus. If you don’t have a competing offer it will be difficult. TC should be at the same level of Google (they work from the BRT2 offices)
