What makes Snowflake so special? Ok, it's a cloud database analytics company, there are others. Their stack is unique, but so is everybody else's. So, there has to be a problem (hopefully multiple) that they solve way better than everyone else. What makes it so special, especially to investors?
Snowflakes generally think they are special (but they are mostly not)

Real class act by calling names, that coming from a no name company
Congrats on the IPO, you have a name now. Good luck :)
There are a lot of other posts on this but basically they are the only cloud platform that enables data sharing across all 3 cloud storages (GCP, Azure, and AWS). Also, auto elastic scaling so very little warehouse management ops needed and unlimited concurrency so as many users as you want. Lastly, you only pay what you use. It's the only cloud platform that uses utility based fees and not subscription or contract based.
