Just received an offer for a B5 VP for a product analyst role at Bank of America. Anyone know what a reasonable price to counter or ask for is? I mentioned $130k is what I want but the offer I received was only $94k.
94k is very low. 130k is in top 85 percentile as someone said. Do not accept at 94k. That is peanuts in todays time
They said the highest they can go is $100k lol so I just declined the offer since it wouldn’t make sense for me to jump. I’m at an officer level at Citi and make $100k so it’s sad that 2 levels up VP at BofA is what they offered me.
And they mentioned you have to be in the office 3 days per week lmfao. BofA smoking crack if they think they can hire talent that low
Tell them to fuck off. Fucking idiots. There is severe dearth of good talent in this company. Had it not been for fed and Warren Buffet , it would be in the dumps today.
Very low ball offer. Also bonus is non existent for B5. Not worth it IMO.
94K is even lower than graduates program....
Jesus!!! 94k is what new grads are getting. Fuck BOA honestly. I started here after 2 years ago right outta college and now busting my ass with leetcode and data engineering projects. Tech growth is abysmal and too much red tape after red tape

'Hindutva': The Radical Hindu Ideology That Seeks to 'Push Christianity Out of India’
Looks slightly low but probably within range. If they didn’t even bother coming close to what you asked, I’m guessing that’s what they believe you’re worth. Probably not worth jumping unless you’re not happy with your current role/salary
