What is the base salary range for director roles in India at Microsoft, Salesforce, Oracle?

Is base typically above 1c or below? What is the range? What is the sign-on and rsu range? Any director and above candidates who can provide some info? 15 years, tc below 1c

Are you L7 at Amazon? What's your TC? I would say 1C is the base for sr.mgr or L7 levels at above companies...for msft L66+ should have that and at Director level for Salesforce

What's director at MSFT ? L67? I don't have first hand knowledge but at least 1.3Cr cash + bonus+ stock bringing total comp close to 3Cr.
