I have a MS degree and 4 years of experience in USA and 2 years of experience in India.
Very unlikely that you will be offered E5
I've seen someone with 10 years of experience at MS get E4, and someone with 3 years experience at Google get E5. It all depends on interview performance, but if it's not a large tech company, then it's almost always E4 or lower, that kind of experience doesn't translate well to E5+ roles.
Most likely E4 at most
E5 would look for evidence of some leadership; technical or people, plus expert level in some role-specific interview. It would usually be with 6 to 10 years experience.
