What is the salary range for associate director level in big pharma? Are cash bonuses and RSU common?

Did you get the AD offers from j&j and BMS? Would you mind sharing how much they were offering?
Depends. Big Pharma maybe 170-190k base, 20% bonus, $45-75k RSU. Can vary. For some big biotech the AD role could be $230k base at the very high end.
