What division? SMB, Enterprise, Gov, strategic? Gov is where the highest base is. SMB is just gloried retail selling to mom and pops where they pay you in trident gum. If you are a Sr. AE in any B2B sales, SaaS sales or telecom sales anywhere but T-Mobile will give you a respectable comp plan and not just perks, free food, and clothes. I’m an AE. I was definitely sold a dream.
