What options I have if my H1 transfer gets denied
Ps:: not yet resigned from current company. Moving to AWS.
Why do you think it will be denied?
Sir ,.. I got RFE .. I saw cases of denial all around me ... hence I am really worried about my case ..
Denial at Amazon or consulting firms?
I am checking trackitt.. n cases are there for direct employment n even in consulting firms
I was informed by the attorney that this is related to Speciality Occupation.. I am a DBA n role is getting changed to Computer and Network Analyst ..
Reg RFE - yes. Need to handle it properly via attorney and company. You have to show this is specially occ and that you have the skills. Else it will - and by law - should get denied.
I requested them for documents from my side but the attorney said they are working internally on my case n they will do the necessary documentation

I already did that ..out of my own choosing ..so grow a pair before questioning my intent.
What role in AWS? Depends on the role and past education +experience + TC.

Base+bonus = 110k? That seems awfully low.
