You don't want RSUs as part of your bonus. They take 3 years to fully vest (after the 1 year cliff), you forfeit them after you leave and you can't sell until 5 years have passed. The rules are different for certain divisions. They keep vesting after they leave. I discount whatever part of my bonus is in RSUs as funny money.
Also check your contract. In some teams in London, if you receive RSUs your notice automatically becomes 3 months instead of 1.
Correct. Depending on your division this is highly negotiable though.
