What status is displayed after accepting Walmart offer?
I recently accepted Walmart offer for SE 3 role and post filling the BGV forms the status on workday is showing “process completed” in red. I might be overthinking but In most of the companies it’s usually “offer accepted” so just wanted to confirm. I have access to their onboarding app which is correctly displaying my joining date and other details but just wanted confirmation on the workday status. Walmart TC : 33.35L(25 base) #tech
don't think too much. its fine until you have access to onboarding portal. previous tc breakup + any competing offers to get the numbers at Walmart?
I know I’m being silly but this whole market condition is forcing me to overthink. My previous tc was 16.2(all fixed) and I had an offer for 24 base which I used to negotiate at Walmart.
relax, you were the one with post about walmart recruiter ghosting related. give yourself some rest. walmart has never taken back a given offer until rejected by candidate himself as far as I know. which team in walmart are you going to be part of?
