Hi everyone! I have an upcoming technical screen for a L3 Android role at LinkedIn and I’m not sure what to expect. The recruiter said it could be either LC style or Android-specific questions. If anyone could shed some light on what I could reasonably expect, I’d really appreciate it! YOE: 1 TC: 0 (laid off) #engineering #software #swe #linkedin #android #interview
I was asked some android Q&A and level order traversal in a tree. Although I did pass the technical interview they didn’t go through with the next steps because I didn’t have Android work experience apart from school projects
Thank you. So it was just Android trivia questions and leetcode in your experience. Any tips on how best to prep?
Don’t stress it. You’ll be fine. Know some basic kotlin tho, my interviewer didn’t know python!

What is your preferred working style?
I parsed the subject of your post incorrectly at first. I thought working at LinkedIn would require you to change your Android phone screen.
