I get into Microsoft after years of trying and nobody is talking about Microsoft? That poor child is not accepted into FAANG even after being the second brightest child! FAANG is like Sharma ji and Microsoft is the neighbor's son!

Microsoft sounds like a chill place to work at now, it also deserves praise for all the research it does, I just dunno how comp works there same with other big companies like Nvidia, Intel, etc. Like I said no idea how accurate my list is.

AFAIK Salesforce, Microsoft, ServiceNow also pays well and gives competing pay based on interview performance + competing offer
Ms and servicenow couldn't come close to my other offers even with great interview performance
