10 YOE with leadership experience… depends on location but around 300-400k TC I guess. It’s a management role.
How much base? It's not a tech company but consumer product. The thing is it's also 6 months contract to hire so I'm trying to figure out what the 6 months should be as well as FTE later.
Contract ??? For all that… no dice. Don’t do it.
6 month contract to hire is no good? What might be the issues?
To gain that credibility takes time and relationship building. As a contract role it makes no sense. Maybe it’s more like a 6 month probation period?
Design Manager/Principal Designer, 80LPA (salary is a wild guess)
What's 80lpa?
Indian TC, no idea in the global context, my bad.
