It depends, for a telecom equipment vendor like Huawei or others in the US for example it’s mostly B2B. The service providers like Comcast or Charter will have some B2B, but a lot of individual customer bundling. As far as the service providers, some are more specialized for outdoor markets (like Commscope) doing Wi-Fi or LTE for sports stadiums and public square type venues. Those venue type bids are B2B HW Design @ Commscope TC: 95-105k (depends on bonus), ATL

Depends where you land but the range is really dependent on skill set and department. Most TC is 60% Base 40% at risk. B2B you can make $160k if you are actually selling
