I applied for Software Engineer, Graduate 2022. They gave me an interview over Skype (not a call, Skype CHAT) and had me fill out a Google questionnaire with behavioral questions. Is this the usual process? Do the actual interviews come later on? I'm super confused with this process. The recruiter took a super long time to type stuff out over Skype. Is the hiring bar at Atlassian high technically? Is it mostly behavioral? I got a referral so it might be different but sheeeeet. What's going on? #atlassian #interview
Apply for GH! Hiring a lot
Hey, does GH lowballs folks from Microsoft?
As far as I know they keep the same comp and stock awards when transitioned. Benefits change due to being in a different company.
I think I know what happened. Someone had a real interview with Atlassian and MiTM you to feed them answers. Congrats, you probably landed someone a great offer.
I thought it was going to be done on Zoom or Microsoft teams? But yeah I haven’t heard the Atlassian interviews being done over Skype
Did you figure out if this was a scam yet? My younger brother went through a similar “questionnaire” last week and then just now they sent an “offer/contract of employment ”. The offer letter does not even remotely look like usual offer letters. Seems fishy, since he didn’t talk to even a single person from atlassian throughout the process yet. Just some type chat on Skype and a 9 page long questionnaire Google form.
Scam for sure lol. I helped verify
Yes it's fake lolol

Which degree is more worth it?
This sounds like a scam lmao
I'm at Atlassian now and just went through the loop last year. It was via zoom and no "questionnaire"
I'm going to reach out to the recruiter on LinkedIn who my recruiter might be impersonating. They do actually work for Atlassian, at least someone with the name does. Lol "Thanks for interviewing me today, it was great" "Who the fuck are you"
