What’s the expected TC for a 5b offer these days?
Got a verbal offer but no numbers yet. Wanted to set up expectation for the negotiation.

The above numbers sound wrong. I think itd be around 400k TC. More for the first year if you can negotiate a signing bonus, but I dont think thats common.

Youre right, I double checked and actually it sounds like high 400s is standard for 5b (not including signing bonus or refresher). Levels.fyi base is accurate, but stock is off, which is why its reporting 640k
