What's the pass rate for your phone interview and onsite interview? How long do you spend to get an offer?
Low. People seem to be easy screeners these days.
Phones screen with HR -99% Phone screen coding round -50% Onsite -90%
HR phone screen is effectively a pulse check - pretty hard to screw that up
About 20% for final offer after onsite. I've been rejected a lot :D
Never give up!!! It's all a board game at the end of the day. The lottery pick of getting the wrong interviewer or someone who's having kid/wife issues that day is enough to unfairly tank a person.😒
I agree. I did make it eventually to Amazon - which atleast for me was a huge, life changing achievement, for where I was at the time (Many years ago). But I do remember feeling like I was good for nothing for a straight 3 years while I was getting rejected by everybody except the bottom tier of places.
