Whats the trick to getting an interview at IBM?
I'm try to land a job at IBM. First two application submissions failed. Thied one resulted in an assessment test (personality test i found out). I figured with my work history in big tech and the relevant areas of expertise i thought getting to a phone screen or in-person interview would have been a breeze. Can someone provide some pointers that help get me through the system? Thanks #ibm #interviews

It depends on whom. An VP is able to get his friends/families in.
Get a referral. All you need is an employees personal referral link. Then apply for the job through that.
