Been applying to ton of Apple jobs, no reply, no rejection, nothing. How to successfully apply to Apple, and get a callback? Any referrals would also be appreciated... TC: 130k #apple #tech #swe #qe #referral #techsucks #mango #blackberry #google #ai
Apple recruiting is awful so you’ll need someone who 1) knows you well and 2) is willing to badger the hiring manager on your behalf. I’ve gotten two people hired this way i.e. some random ass referral from Blind generally won’t cut the mustard
Dm for referral. Anyone can dm me for referral btw.
Apple is barely hiring and roles are getting hundreds of applicants. Your resume must not be as good as you think.
Same experience here :/ 16yoe, 5 at Google and still nothing
Don’t bother calling them. If you’re good enough, they’ll call you. Meaning, applying is a waste of time.
Hiring is in weird state. Even after successful interview there is fight to get approvals.
No call is much better than what apple normally does .. call in for a full interview and then ghost candidates..
The default assumption with Apple is that you won't hear back.
It means your resume sucks
Same thing for me.. 🥺 following
