I’ll start. 810.
800. Some credit services breaks down point system. Think the highest bracket on one was to have a credit history longer than 20-30 years.
850/850. Note that there are different revisions of consumer FICO. Some go up to 900. You will get max score after a decade of perfect credit activity.
Doesn’t matter. 900 vs 800 won’t get you any higher loan amount.
I just don't get how people have low scores. Are there really that many people making minimum payments buying things they can't afford and accruing interest?
Jesus what a bubble you live in
Well, what a lot of ppl do is they may have a credit limit of 3k. They spend 2.8K. And then wait until the end of the month to pay it back. No interest charged but high percentage of max spent. You do that for a year and it’ll kill your credit score.
Credit scores are for poor people that can’t afford the shit they want 😂😂
You’re a fuck ass
Debt and credit products are tools rich people can leverage to get even more money
Mine is pretty high: 420
Hahahaaa
Credit secured!
Mine never got over 800, despite really low utilization rate and payments always being on time. I guess the reason is I was opening new credit cards with better terms and closed the old ones as I don’t like having too many accounts and it reduced the average account age.
Never close old accounts unless they have an annual fee (and possibly worth keeping oldest one even with an annual fee if the age difference is large between it and the next one)
Well, I know this as a general rule, but once you have over 760 it doesn’t really matter that much anyway, so I didn’t feel like it was worth having extra accounts I had to be conscious about. I am just amazed that several paid out cars, one paid and one current mortgage do now really outweigh the impact of the average account age.
Who cares? It’s an arbitrary number that fluctuates like water weight in the morning.
Manual underwriting or GTFO.
720 (a little late to the game, just made a credit card recently)
