if that is like 8 cups of coffee daily, it can be done, but can send you to the bathroom often after a certain point.
That espresso number is wildly wrong don’t go around thinking that an espresso gives you less caffeine than a can of coke friends

Yep, should be closer to 100mg for a normal shot (technically called a double shot since the single shot basket never gained widespread adoption).
None because 5'3" + 100mg = no sleep for days. But it tastes so gooooood 😭

Because 2-3 cups of cold brew would probably kill most. It's double of brewed coffee usually
