Zoom ZP2 Aug 5, 2023

CEO basically said "take it or leave the company" in the meeting lol

Zoom suduk Aug 5, 2023

Cue 6 months ahead ‘I made a mistake .. again, please don’t leave’

Datadog siemdog Aug 5, 2023

At what point does the CEO have to say they take all responsibility? Now? In 3 months? In 6 months?

Amazon sqph71 Aug 5, 2023

Apple hDns28 Aug 6, 2023

This is called Lets hope some quit so we can save money on severance and unemployment benefits and pass that savings to our bonuses and stock options

Lyft smoothbrin Aug 7, 2023

The real reason for RTO ^ it saves heaps

Delta Air Lines moosepizza Aug 5, 2023

Lol 😂

Apple mangamania Aug 5, 2023

Truth is that employees who are ready to rto are just more dedicated in general. There are corner cases ofc. But this is the generic factual truth. So when a company needs people to leave without layoffs , they’ll do this. The slackers who are using wfh to relax and don’t care will leave. Overall a net positive for the company. If I was ceo I’d have done this years ago like apple.

Zoom 0ctAviA Aug 5, 2023

Zoom doing this is ironic tho LOL

Meta heypanini Aug 5, 2023

Don't mistake "dedication" for productivity or impactful outcomes

LinkedIn chatgeept Aug 5, 2023

So no more Zoom meetings?

Zoom ZP2 Aug 5, 2023

The irony is you need to go to office but every meeting is via Zoom.

Apple hDns28 Aug 5, 2023
