When are RSUs granted?

I joined a new firm in July and haven’t been granted the RSUs yet. The offer letter stated that the stocks will be granted once they have been approved by the board. How do I find out when does that happen? I know i can check with the stock administrator or my manager but wanted to get a general idea first.
