When do you start looking for new opportunities?
You start a new job and love the culture/wlb. TC is an upgrade. When do you start applying and interviewing again?
When your TC goes down at your current employer and office politics goes up
Whenever I'm motivated enough (e.g. by lack of interest in my projects, bad manager).

That was part of the motivation to leave my old company. Now want to get into a new company, learn the process and stay there for 3 or more years. Other reasons I left my old company was due to shifting culture and low TC.
Yep, I'm also looking to switch due to similar reasons.
Immediately. Gotta know how the market is otherwise you can miss out on some pretty big TC jumps. Just don't put a company on the resume you've only been a few months at. Keep it if you're getting interviews but the offers aren't higher than currently.
Yea gotta atleast know what's out there to an extent. Applying regularly would be around 1 year
I usually try to stay a minimum of at least 2 years.
