When will Salesforce hiring freeze lifts ?
I gave salesforce interviews in Jan and cleared interviews but did not get offer due to hiring freeze. Had multiple talks with recuiters but got no assured information. How likely is it hiring resumes in this quarter? Will they consider pipelined candidates like me for offer or ask to give interviews again ? I see SF folks inviting referrals. Are they backfills or hiring already resumed TC : 70 Lpa

I don’t think they are hiring. My recruiter ghosted me
They are hiring for a few roles and I've seen people joining recently. Dm me if you see a job opening and need a referral
@salesforce, how many roles we can apply for and interview at same time? If I fail interview is their any waiting period or I can apply for other roles again
They are hiring for few roles and very selective please forward ur resume to me if you find anything suitable

Started in October finished all interviews in December. Hiring freeze paused the position. Now starting rounds again. Had the HM round and then radio silence for a week. And apparently the position is to be urgently filled. And no position listed on their website.
These 3rd party recruiters called RPOs have ruined the hiring process 😪
