Inflation seems to be a bit better
You leaving us goku? Why?
As soon as the first rate cut happens I think it will trigger a mad rush for the door because of "pent up attrition". Already some companies have started loading up on recruiters. Those companies that don't have enough recruiters by that time will literally not be able to fill enough chairs to keep business moving forward.
I think you're generally right but it will probably take a quarter or two after the first rate cut for things to really kick in.
Lol yeah that's true, can't wait for it. Companies will probably hire anyone with a pulse once economy rebounds to make up for the deep cuts they are doing now.
Interest rates are still high.
Most already did imo
What levels? I’m a junior dev
Swe2 and up, generally 3+ yoe. The entry level market was only tight right after covid. It’s historically been difficult to break in and get your first job. Keep you head up, keep lc-ing and try to get referrals. Also, never call yourself a junior dev. Entry level, or (<1 yoe ) is better. Junior gives people the feeling you don’t take yourself seriously.
