When you (men in tech) ask how to get a woman, do you only mean highly attractive women?
I see discussions like the one linked below often on blind. When men are asking what salary is needed in order for women to be interested in you, what attractiveness rating are you looking for in the woman? What qualities are you looking for in her too? Overall I'm curious about what men mean when they say "Can $X get me a woman?"... Any woman? An average woman? A supermodel? Those are very different. Because honestly, I'm sure a lot of guys here are just average in looks. Are you trying to shoot above your league? Or are you simply trying to get any woman at all? The answer is yes and not only for men in tech.
So all men want a woman who is more attractive than them? To me this seems counter productive. Why not match (roughly) your own attractiveness? Then you likely have better longevity of relationship and can relate to each other more deeply

Only 31% of adult men are single. This is a useless statistic imo because every man hitting on a woman is not single. Some are married, some are seeing someone already, and some are just bored. Attractiveness is important. But also finding someone who has a fun and genuine personality is probably one of the more important traits. Being the guy who has to set everything up, pay for everything, and be the main source of entertainment — is just boring. You’re just there for what then?

I’m not asking for much. I just want a mentally stable, compassionate, intelligent woman who also has perfect tits, perfect ass, and a beautiful face who always wants to fuck whenever I do, but is super low maintenance and super chill.

I think whenever someone asks how to get anything, it's the upper 10 to 20% of that category. As an average looking 5'7 male though, I don't believe any woman is out of my league. Just like how I don't believe I'm ever underqualified for a job. This mindset is how I ended up with a committed highly attractive partner who is also a SWE, and my current TC. (That being said, I've only had a couple relationships in my life and job hopped once after graduating)
