Where can I get the highest TC as a mobile dev in Canada

Canadian TC: 🥜 155k base no stock YOE: 5 years Trying to find a good place where I can get build a nest egg. I have thought about doing contact but most jobs I come across are 95/hr which is only 197k. Goal is to get somewhere around 500k TC. Also open to changing to other software jobs.
