Where do I start please need help
Currently working at Wells Fargo mostly going to quit in 3-4 years from now working on infrastructure side of house. Want to switch career to machine learning and AI side where do I start, don't want to waste time, start studying get my hands dirty starting from now itself. Any resources, suggestions all are most most welcome.

You can switch to the internal AI team there to make your next 3-4 years useful for the next jump

I heard the AI and ML team at my company isn't that good and they do very basic stuff not really amazing stuff or anything like other companies. Also they are not tech savvy.
