Overwhelmed with interviews and looking for advice on which ones to pursue and which ones to let go. I don't care about making an insane amount of money. My current comp is ~235K and I'll be happy as long as I'm close to this number. Looking for meaningful work, good WLB, and overall just good people to work with. Currently a L6 Product Manager at Amazon (been here a little over a year) and not happy due to a bunch of reasons. I'm also reaching out to other teams within Amazon but I'm afraid that my unhappiness is turning into low motivation and impacting my output. Don't wanna move to a new team and possibly have a bad review from my old team lead to a PIP. Any advice in that area from Amazonians? I've received interview calls from the following: Facebook Doordash PayPal Shopify Strava Coinbase Turo Lowes Lyft Barnes and noble Linkedin Roku Instacart Zulily Stripe Gopuff Any advice greatly appreciated!!! #productmanager #pm #product #interview #amazon
Interview with all of those companies, you will be happier than at amazon
Lyft- did u get referral?
No, I applied online. I honestly haven't done any referrals. Market is really great right now - I've been hearing back from companies I apply to and being contacted directly on LinkedIn as well.
Stripe and Fbook are the highest paying companies right now so talented people are flocking over there IMO. If you’re interested in an internal transfer, my team is looking for an L6 PM so DM me.
