Where to find 409a or preferred stock price for startups
I am doing some research for a few start ups. I know these data are not oftenly available, but wonder if there is any site or app I can get them. Thanks #equity #startup

No, that’s usually confidential. You’d have to ask the company. I think some firms “guess” valuation.
