Of the two choices who actually built their empire (as opposed to being given control of something envisioned and built by others) Bezos clearly has the best over the horizon vision and ability to execute.
Keep in mind Satya also salvaged a sinking ship very well and has had to deal with trying to shift a horribly toxic culture (still plenty to do there), they're tough to compare because they've worked on different problems
And then lost half of it.....for a mere fling....not so smart
