Which SWE offer should I take?
YOE: 3 Google L3, Bay TC: 225K Uber L5a, Bay TC: 300K Amazon L5, Seattle TC: 300K In terms of team, G > A > U. Is the G paycut worth it for the wlb, brand, and stock appreciation? I also dont know about refreshers.

300k goes a lot further in Seattle than in Bay. If you want to stay in Bay try to find another team with Amazon, they’ll adjust the offer too (15%ish higher)

Uber TC is better but sentiment from Uber engineers on Blind is pretty bad. G may be easier to get a quick promo next year if you perform well.
Don't give false hopes. You are right about Uber. But wrong about G. Most likely op is looking at two years.

They are offering me L3 with course to 5 YOE. Not even a reason given for why this downlevel.
Is your 225k for Google before or after you showed your competing offers?

I won't go with Uber, lot of talent is leaving and they need to uplevel new folks and give them a lot more responsibility and not good wlb. Google refreshers are great so they'll increase your comp every year. Stock doubled in last year. Plus with Google on resume you'll get much better positions and teams next time.
Two years at Uber and op can try L5 at G or L4 with external offer. Two years at G, they can only be an internal L4. I don't see the point of G.
How good is G brand thats its considered that highly?
Uber is the clear winner. l5a is equal to Amazon L6 and G L5
more responsibility and expectations for similar pay doesnt seem great
Short term yes. Long term just switch again after a year to G L5 or FB E5. Get 500k TC
