You can’t reproduce the FAANG Prestige Meme of 2012-2022. Even founders who got tons of funding, in the back of their head, were thinking if they got have passed that interview bar and had insecurities of not working for FAANG. It was such a joke and toxic hell hole of mental illness. It’s just group think. Industry doesn’t need another toxic ladder to climb.
