Google has many perks like free food, office transport, free phone, team outings, best insurance / pensions, concerts, free devices like Google Nest, Pixel buds, etc., tons of reimbursements (I don't know all). What other companies comes close? I have heard LinkedIn has good perks, Amazon got none.
Microsoft has pretty good perks, except for phone
Adobe has decent perks as well
What are those?
Google adobe benefits its public to all .
Okay listen up - most of the perks you listed do not exist. And many companies (Atlassian, Adobe, LinkedIn, even Microsoft for insurance) have much better quality of perks.
Salesforce is at par even better than G in benefits!
Salesforce has better benefits. I have been there.
Like what ?
As someone who has worked with both Google and LinkedIn, I can confidently say that LinkedIn perks are leagues ahead. Food right now is not up to pre Covid standards but is still better than Google. InDays are an one of a kind perk where you get one Friday every month to do basically whatever you want. Employee wellness benefits like half day fridays (yes all fridays in July and August are half working days for us), company shutdown during year ends, best in class leave policy are the tip of the iceberg.
referral please?
Hiring freeze.
Salesforce!
Amazon. They had good sense of keeping their shitty bag when I left.
Even Intuit has good perks. Don't know why anyone isn't talking about it.
What are those
What's the craze for free phone, buds, etc. when one can easily buy them? Can understand the rest though
No craze but something good to have. And it's outside your CTC.
Well technically nothing is outside your ctc
