Which company is better?
I received offer from the following companies. i need help in choosing: 1. GoDaddy(507k as TC) - IC5 180/27K/300 stocks/yr 2. ServiceNow(305k as TC) - IC6(sr staff) 200/30k/75 stocks/yr 3. Docusign(332k as TC) - lead engg(backend) - 215/32k/ 85k/yr ( promised to be to next manager) apart from compensation, which one has better refreshers, benefits, WLB? current: microsoft - staff eng- 203/30k/ 100k/yr YOE- 11. LOC- BAY AREA. cant stay anymore. need to leave.
