Which company should I choose intuit sse vs Amazon sde2(l5) for rbs tech at Amazon

I got offers from Amazon and intuit which will be good for my future Will intuit give more refresher stocks compared to amazon I heard amazon work life balance is bit hectic and they have some strict performance goal and ratings on quora So what do you suggest among this two companies ? I have four year of full time experiences and 6 months of internship experience , so 4.5 years of experience including internship Compensation wise not an issue , Amazon is paying some 10lacs more, but I am happy with intuits offer as well (if at all I go with intuit there's always scope to ask them or happy with what they have offered to me as well)
