Which insurance to buy until employment starts

My job starts one week after my current insurance ends. Would y’all provide health insurance recommendations for such a short span? I was thinking of going with Indian insurance like Tata AIG but not sure if that’s the best. Wanted to know other’s opinions. In addition, do yall have like a second insurance in addition to the one provided at your workplace?
