Which team is better at Microsoft? — Flipgrid or Stream?

I’m interviewing with other companies still, and a good understanding of MSFT culture and work can help me decide to join or pass. Please throw some light into how political (or not) is it? Do you have good qualified managers? Does the work move or is always slow?
