iPad Pro with OneNote.
Do you share onenote link or share screen ?
I join the meeting from both the iPad and my computer then share the screen on the iPad. Same way I do it for real design meetings. This is the best I’ve found as a compromise for not having a whiteboard.

Excalidraw is awesome. I passed G/FB/Airbnb/Doordash with it. It’s critical that you know your tool well so that you aren’t wasting time fighting against the software. Excalidraw is far better than gdocs/draw in this regard.
