Been in tech for 15 + years. Have a variety of experiences under belt from Embedded Systems, to communication protocol stack, Operating System, Dev low level libraries for neural nets, ML algos, comp architecture, high level web API design, docker, Kubernetes, Workflows, Backend web. Able to Crack leetcode as I am good with fundamentals. But not able to compete well with peers at higher level tech stack(since most jobs I find today are mostly the web stack aka full stack). Will a bootcamp help? Please comment on your bootcamp experience. Please also comment on expensive bootcamp like MIT, UCBerkeley vs cheaper Udemy ones. TC:0 (taking time off work)
There should be a lot of backend roles too. Boot camp is not for you.
Bootcamp is mostly a waste of money… u can just start your own personal projects
Just join the best team with the highest TC that you can get. The rest doesn't matter.
I am doing coding nomads bootcMp. Same boat as you have all above experience you mentioned, also.AWS and GCP data engineering. But don't know application engineering/ software development. I finally realized there's no alternative to these skills. So hop on. Without bootcamp it's difficult to understand anything
Just try to make your own projects with new tech
